Join us as we take a stroll around Lake Wintergreen, a hidden gem in Hamden, CT. It will be an opportunity to become familiar with the lake trail (1.5 miles), relax in nature, and meet other like-minded wellness-centered individuals.

We will be meeting in the main parking lot of Lake Wintergreen (off of Main Street).

Dogs, partners, and children are welcome.
