How do I become a member of Mountain View Wellness?
There is no formality to becoming a member of our large, free-flowing, and conscious community.
Anyone can follow us on FB and on IG.
If you would like to stay up-to-date on the latest Mountain View News, you can subscribe to our newsletter and get special discounts on upcoming events and premium courses.
How do I get access to the video library?
In order to have full access to our complete video library and to begin to transform your life one video at a time, you will need to become a "subscriber" of the Mountain View Network.
How do I become a subscriber to the Mountain View Network?
1. You can become a subscriber by going to www.mvwct.tv.
2. There you can sign up for a FREE 7-day subscription.
You will have full access to all of the videos for 7 days.
If you don't want to continue your subscription, you can cancel before the 7 days are up otherwise you will be billed $24.99/month.
You are also able to pay $240/year which is $20/month (saving you approximately $60).
Just think, for the price of one in-person fitness class, you will have full access to a whole library of fitness and wellness options.
Watch what you want, when you want from the comfort of your own home!
I'm all signed up. Now what?
If you are a member, you can access your classes in TWO ways.
1. You can go directly to this website: www.mvwct.tv and sign in from there. If it is your first time signing in, you may need to reset your password.
2. You can go to the Mountain View Wellness website (www.mvwct.com) and click on the "online classes" tab and sign in there.
Does Mountian View offer any in-person or live streaming classes?
Once we are able, we do hope to gather at least once a month in-person. Short hikes, walks, volunteering at local shelters, and even outdoor picnics are all possibilities.
We are taking a break from our Virtual Yoga Nidra classes and we hope to resume those in the fall (when it gets darker earlier).
For now all of our offerings are through our online video subscription service.
What are the perks of becoming a subscriber?
As a subscriber you will have full access to our video library.
1. We offer classes of various lengths, levels, and areas of interest.
Some of the classes cover topics like:
Fitness (HIIT/Yoga Fusion- Get fit in less time)
Yoga
Meditation
Homesteading/Self-Sustainability
Gardening
DIY projects
Recipes
Interviews with awesome people (wellness practitioners and more)!
2. You will receive an email every time a new class is added to the video library.
At least 2 classes will be added to the video library every week.
3. Personalized service:
Subscribers are welcome to contact me via email and ask about particular videos and even request a particular class and/or topic (for example, a gentle class focused on balance with no inversions or how to recover after a long day of gardening). After all, YOU are the community :) and we will grow together :).
4. Discounts on Premium Classes
All subscribers will receive a 50% discount on Premium Classes like: “21 Days to Fit” (launches on Friday, May 31st, and “Reflexology for Caregivers: Help Your loved ones Ease Anxiety and Pain”.
