It's another episode of the Yardwork Series, where I discuss things I've tried from this season! Today's episode is about Mountain View Wellness from Season 3 Episode 4. I'll talk about my experience and what I've carried over into my self-care routine.

On this week's episode, meet Julie Bailis! Julie is a Registered Yoga Teacher, National Board Certified Reflexologist, and the owner of Mountain View Wellness. Julie has turned Mountain View Wellness into center for teacher training, wellness retreats, and a variety of community-building practices. From sound healings to textile drives, Julie speaks to the variety available at MVW.

Sometimes experiences that are tainted in discomfort can prove to be amongst the most valuable and the most instructive.

This turned out to be the case for Hamden resident Julie Bailis, owner of Replenish, Reflexology & Healing Arts, who found her personal challenges with stress took her on a pathway to wellness. Read more.
