How do I start?

You can schedule a consultation online. During this consultation, you will meet Julie, discuss your fitness goals, and undergo a physical assessment to discover your strengths and areas of growth. After the consultation, Julie will create a training program that will help you achieve your goals to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

*You will perform a short workout, so please wear comfortable clothing.
*If you can’t find a time that works for your schedule, feel free to call or email Julie. She will be able to take a closer look at the schedule and find a time that works for both of you.

Where are you located?

3496 Whitney Avenue, Suite #203, Hamden, CT. (above M & T Bank).

Are Personal Training Sessions in-person, or can they be remote?

We have great news! You can now reap the benefits of Personal Training remotely! We highly recommend that your initial one-hour consultation be completed in-person at our 3496 Whitney Avenue; however, after that consultation, meeting remotely via ZOOM is a possibility, and we have. few clients who are doing that right now!

How long are the training sessions? How often do we meet?

We begin your training with a 45-minute in-person intake/consultation where Julie learns about your health goals, assesses your movement, and creates your custom program. After the intake process, clients train with Julie two times a week for 30-minute sessions each. After you complete your 6-week Personal Training Transformation Program, we re-assess your progress.
